Group Classes

Our group boxing classes are built to develop both skill and confidence — whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or continuing to grow as a boxer.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing through structured, coach-led classes that focus on proper technique, movement, and control. Training includes footwork, punches and combination punches, shadowboxing, and mitt work, all designed to help you move with purpose and power.

Classes are supportive, challenging, and scaled to your level. As you progress, you’ll build stamina, coordination, and mental resilience alongside a community that trains together. Sparring is available for advanced members only.

More than just a workout, these classes help you develop discipline, confidence, and strength — physically and mentally — in an environment where everyone belongs.
