Women's Class

Our Women’s Boxing class focuses on practical self-defense skills while building strength, confidence, and connection. No experience is necessary—you’ll be supported every step of the way in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. This class is about learning to protect yourself, trusting your body, and being part of an incredible community of women who lift each other up. You’ll leave feeling strong, capable, and empowered.
