One-On-One Training

Personal training is for anyone who wants focused, individualized coaching — at any level and for any goal.

Whether you’re brand new to boxing, refining your skills, or training with a specific objective in mind, one-on-one sessions are fully tailored to you. Your coach builds each session around your experience, pace, and goals, creating a clear path for progress.

Training may include footwork, punch technique, combination development, defensive skills, mitt work, conditioning, and strategy. Sessions move at your speed, allowing time to refine details, ask questions, and build confidence without distractions.

This is the most personalized way to train. You’ll receive direct feedback, intentional programming, and support that adapts as you grow — physically and mentally.
